In my free time I enjoy all that South Florida has to offer. I love a swim in the ocean, lounging by the pool, a comedy show and strolling through an outdoor Farmer’s Market. I believe in the mind/body connection and meditate regularly as well as stay physically fit by running, practicing yoga and circuit training at the gym. Spending time with my family and close friends is vitally important and recharges me. I’m an animal rights activist and a bit of a philanthropist. I have always known I wanted to work as a therapist. I believe clients are in the driver’s seat of their lives. With my assistance, I will aid clients in finding their true happiness.
