COURTNEY MOORE
Hello! I’m COURTNEY
Are you feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed and stuck in an anxious cycle where your mind never seems to slow down? You may be facing relationship struggles where communication has become strained, trust has been impacted after infidelity, or emotional and physical intimacy no longer feels the same. You might notice increased irritability, feel the impact of past experiences in your relationships, or find yourself navigating a life transition and feeling unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
I believe meaningful change begins when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported in a space where you can slow down and reflect. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive environment where you can gain clarity, better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the life you want to live. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I support individuals and couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and navigate the complexities of relationships and life transitions. I provide a safe and judgment-free space to explore these important areas and begin creating meaningful change.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with somatic work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Healing is not only something we think through, but something we experience. As a lifelong yoga student and certified yoga teacher, I have seen how reconnecting with the body can build resilience, increase self-awareness, and support lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my Master’s degree in Social Work, MSW from the University of Southern California. My clinical training includes Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, advanced work in somatic EMDR, and I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). I also integrate principles from the Gottman Method to support couples in strengthening communication, rebuilding connection, and navigating relationship challenges. My advanced training and experience in trauma allow me to support clients in understanding how past experiences can impact their lives and relationships. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and stay current with the most effective, evidence-based approaches to support meaningful change for my clients.
Outside the therapy room, you will often find me practicing yoga, spending time at the beach, enjoying nature, or exploring new matcha shops. I value the role that balance, movement, and connection play in overall well-being, and I bring that perspective into my work with clients. I believe that healing often begins with learning to be more present with ourselves and the people we love, creating space for greater awareness, connection, and growth.
Whether you are working through personal challenges, navigating relationship struggles, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself and those closest to you, therapy can provide the support and guidance needed to move forward with greater clarity, understanding, and intention. My goal is to help you move beyond painful patterns, strengthen the relationships that matter most, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room. I would be honored to support you through your journey.
