I am an LCSW with 10 years in practice, Gottman-informed with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in helping individuals break free from anxiety’s grip and guiding couples out of painful blaming cycles into spaces of connection and clarity. I teach practical, research-based tools to regulate your nervous system, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and strengthen how you give and receive love. My approach blends warmth, humor, and deep listening with strategies that get to the root of what’s not working and provide you with long-lasting change.
